20 May: It's time again...
and we fly! Again, we distributed AAT's, actually the same task for all classes but with more generous obersvation zones so that the task length ranges from 118.3km to 349.6km. We hope the weather will allow for longer flying. Looks quite OK, right now...

Merged classes: 18m and Open class
The number of competing pilots in the Open class has dropped to 2. We therefore decided to merge Open class with 18m, rather than cancelling. According to Swedish Handbook of Gliding Operations SHB, article 725, section 2.1.4.1, such merger will give all 18m-gliders a common handicap of 116, while all Open class glider will have a handicap of 124. For FAI ranking after completed competition the 18m results will be recalculated as if flown in a true 18m-only class... and the results from Open cl...

Info: Waypoint files (update)
Some pilots asked for the waypoint list in other than SeeYou's cup-format. We recommend using the waypoints of Open 2004 (click on "Files formatted for ..."). This is essentially the same list and we promise to only make use of waypoints that also have been in 2004's list.

We have added air space and waypoint files in our download section (NEW: Swedens airspace in Google Maps). Please note that we have two new sectors around our airfield Ekeby! Avoid sector E-TUNA EAST which will not be opened during the competition.
