Quella di oggi è stata probabilmente l’ultima giornata di gara e il cielo di Rieti ha regalato ai nostri cavalieri dell’aria delle bellissime emozioni! Le termiche erano forti e l’instabilità che preannuncia la perturbazione di domani ha permesso a molti di correre veloci. C’era una convergenza formatasi dall’incontro tra aria fresca e umida proveniente dall’Adriatico e l’aria calda e secca che arrivava dal Tirreno. E’ stata una fantastica cavalcata costonando le nubi dalla catena di Norcia alla Val Topina. Un pilota inglese, dal volto raggiante, mi ha detto: “It was a great fun, four different flights!”§

Today has been probably the last day of competition and the sky of Rieti gave our pilots great emotions! There was a convergence formed by the meeting between cool and wet air coming from the Adriatic and the hot and dry air coming from the Tyrrhenian Sea.
