Soaring Spot :: COPPA INTERNAZIONALE DEL MEDITERRANEO 2014 -9 August

Yesterday was a very difficult day for many pilots (about 8 outlanding). It was important to choose the right moment to start and to choose where to go. Others gliders were very fast: up to 132 km/h. The ceiling’s cumulus was up to 3000m and there was convergence: they could fly fast and straight on. Ben Flewett says: “ Sky full of power!”. Today it’s a rest day because of bad weather conditions, there is a bad coverage in the sky. Tomorrow will be a competition day. WiFi is still not working in the competiotion’s area.
