Was it really an accident or on purpose?

The concerned wife of an Entrant in the Nationals noticed that our esteemed and valued Bar Manager's caravan was getting wet due to it's door being open. 

Doing that right thing, she locked the door. 

30 minutes later heard a voice from said caravan, "Hello, Hello, is there anybody out there", coupled with some "rapping on the door from the inside".
